Christmas delivery

During the Christmas period, orders may be slightly delayed on dispatch. Orders shipping direct from our supplier warehouses may not ship till the new year, as some are not open until January. Orders from us will be shipped in this period, they just may be slightly delayed as we'll only have one member of the team in. 

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on most orders over $149!

*Bulky items or shipments to remote locations may attract additional charges - please contact us for details. This includes most bikes. 

What courier or parcel delivery firm do you use?

Most orders ship with Mail Plus or due to location AusPost. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on a non-business day are packed the next business day. Please see the shipping info below for common delivery time frames.

Supplier warehouse orders

For products ordered that are in stock at supplier warehouses, please allow an additional 3-4 days for delivery. If you need the product urgently please contact us and we will make it happen for you!

Can I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 Business days from placing your order).

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies are simple and designed with that in mind. Please see our returns page for more information.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
