Will you ship bicycles anywhere across Australia after I purchase online?

Due to the weight of bicycles and the packing requirement these orders will incur additional charges to be covered by the purchaser. Additionally, not all bikes are available for shipping outside NSW due to brand dealer agreements. Please call the store for any specific enquiries to see if we can help. contact us

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
We work closely with our suppliers to carry stock from some of the worlds best brands, if you see an item out of stock please contact us and we'll try our best to get it for you.

Can I change/cancel my order?
This would depend on the time and day. Please note it is sometimes too late to change/cancel an order because everything is picked almost immediately to meet our delivery times. 

We can sometimes help customers with changes during the week (business hours: Monday – Friday 10–6pm, Saturday 10–2pm). Though we cannot guarantee that orders can be amended

Which brands do you stock?

We always add more brands to our store to keep it as interesting for our customers as possible. We are their exclusive partners for the Sydney Northern Beaches and currently stock Rapha, MAAP,  Allied, Curve and many more which can be found here.

Is Sticky Bottle the new Rapha Sydney clubhouse?

We like to think of Sticky Bottle as the Rapha hub of the northern beaches in Sydney. We carry most items you can find on the Rapha website in various sizes. Additionally, we order from the Rapha Hong Kong warehouse twice per week, allowing our customers to try on the item before making the decision to purchase. As partner cafe, we honour the global RCC membership at our in-shop cafe Coffee Supreme, all RCC members receive a complimentary coffee per visit upon showing their membership in the RCC app.

Is Sticky Bottle the official MAAP Sydney store?

MAAP has various dealers across Australia. But we are the exclusive MAAP Sydney stockist for the northern beaches. We carry most items you can find on the MAAP website in various sizes. Additionally, we order from the MAAP warehouse weekly, allowing our customers to try on the item before making the decision to purchase. What courier or parcel delivery firm do you use?

Most orders ship with Mail Plus or due to location AusPost. Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on a non-business day are packed the next business day. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (1 - 3 Business days from placing your order).

What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies are simple and designed with that in mind. Please see our returns page for more information.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
Please contact the store via email to discuss international shipping.


If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please email the store, a postage paid label will be emailed to you. Attach the label to the packaged item and drop at any post office or into any AusPost box.

Once we receive and process your return we will refund or replace your order as requested.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may up to 5 business days before your refund is officially credited. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please send us an email. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange an item for something different, please send us an email.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
